Personal training is the fastest and most effective way to reach your training goals.  Personal Training at Mindful Strength & Fitness is a great way to build habits that you can use for the rest of your training life.

We offer 30 minute sessions which are great if you want to learn a new skill and need that extra attention to detail or a 60 minute session that is programmed so you get the maximum results each visit.  If you need the flexibility, a customised training plan or are coming back from a injury than Persoanl Training is the best option for you!
