I'm looking for 15 people who are wanting to dial in their Nutrition with our 5-week program that is designed to walk you through setting up some good Nutrition habits and lifestyle changes that can be carried over into everyday life.

Our Nutrition Kickstart 2023 starts on the 22nd of Januaryand is only $30 per week.  If this sounds like what you need to help keep yourself accountable and put in place some good habits, I am opening up 15 spots on a first come, first serve basis so get in quick!!

The Goal of the 5-week program:

I want to help you develop good healthy habits around Food – whether that is making better choices, show you how to read food labels, great snack ideas to get you through the day and how you can make it fit into your busy schedule.

 

How will we do this:​

​

  • Each week I will set a weekly challenge – this challenge will get you thinking about your choices around food, the good and what could be better.  I’ll provide guidance and tips of how different choices could work better for you depending on your goals.

  • You will get access to the private Facebook group where there will be resources, daily posts to keep you motivated and support from everyone doing the program

  • Access to myCoach app to keep track of your daily habits and to access your lessons for the day

  • You will get a Nutrition Tips & Recipes eBook FREE as a reference guide and to give you inspiration throughout the weeks

  • We will also touch on lifestyle factors around hydration, sleep and mindful eating.

At only $30 per week (the cost of one meal when you eat out) I want to help you develop healthier habits that can last a lifetime.
